By combining our Rigorous Mold Tryout (RMT) process with advanced error-proofing sensors, we establish optimal parameters before production even begins. Where customer specifications allow, we utilize synchronized robotics and grinders to reprocess sprues for immediate reintroduction into the feed stream. Our molding and assembly lines are equipped with error-proofing sensors to detect and prevent non-conforming parts in real-time.
Integrated Lifecycle Approach:
To manage the remaining material stream, we maintain strategic alliances with specialized recycling partners. These relationships allow us to implement circular plastics solutions tailored to the specific polymer and application requirements. The effectiveness of this dual approach is clear: we currently divert over 10 times more material to our recycling network than to landfill disposal.
